One day after house minority leader Kevin McCarthy couldn’t amount a set of balls to remove crazy as fuck QAnon congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene from her committee assignments, the House voted 230-199 on Thursday to essentially overrule his decision.

The House voted 230-199 on Thursday to remove Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) from her committee assignments over her past endorsement of baseless conspiracy theories and violent rhetoric against Democrats.

Why it matters: It’s a drastic step that comes after Republican leadership declined to take action against the controversial congresswoman, prompting Democrats to take the matter into their own hands. 11 Republicans joined 219Democrats in voting to remove Greene from the Education and Budget committees.

The vote included 11 Republicans who voted with Democrats to go beyond the fecklessness of minority leader McCarthy who failed to hold Representative Greene for her racist, bigoted, and dangerous cultish believes surrounding QAnon that includes “Jewish lasers” being responsible for the wildfires out west, 9/11 being an inside job, and school shootings including Parkland and Sandy Hook being false flags.

Meanwhile, lets not forget former House Rep. Katie Hill having to resign because she had an affair with a staffer.
