Friday a Federal Judge ruled that the snowflake led White House must reinstate CNN’s Jim Acosta‘s press pass after suspending it for asinine reasons last week.

Ironically enough, Timothy Kelly the federal judge that ordered the press pass to be reinstated was appointed by Donald Trump.

Anyways today announcement comes amid CNN’s lawsuit against the Trump administration for banning Acosta in the first place. The lawsuit originally stated that the Chief White House correspondent had his first and fifth amendment rights infringed upon relating to freedom of the press and due process. CNN also wanted “a declaration that the revocation of Acosta’s press credentials was unconstitutional.”

The Justice Department continued to maintain that Acosta’s ban was legal and that the White House can ban pretty much any reporter they wanted. This coming too after the White House’s evolving reasoning behind Acosta’s suspension which first was a result of the CNN reporter ‘placing his hands’ on an intern during a fiery exchange with Donald Trump at a presser. However after video evidence pretty much laid waste to that claim (even after the administration tried to push some bullshit doctored video of the incident) the White House then moved to saying ‘well it’s our show so we basically get to do whatever we want’. However the President cannot simply ban any reporter they want from the White House unless they pose a physical threat to the Commander and Chief. Likewise the only ‘threat’ Acosta poses is to Trump’s fragile ego. Not to mention there’s sufficient evident out there that Donald Trump is just a fucking man-child especially when it comes to media which his circus like (and dangerous) claims that the media is the ‘enemy of the American people’ and the constant cries of ‘fake news’.

Now the ruling is only temporary so the fight over this isn’t over. It’s also unclear at this point if the Justice Department will file an appeal.
