What an unfortunate tweet by a high ranking member of the Catholic Church. Not only is Bishop Thomas Tobin further perpetuating the homophobic narrative that the LGBTQ community are an vehement threat to families but he’s also further bringing to light one of the biggest problems within the Church itself.

I mean, how ironic and awkward is it that the Catholic clergy is a bigger threat to children than the LGBTQ community ever was? I mean even comparing the two variables is fucking asinine in and of itself and I feel shitty for even making it.
