Tucker Carlson

Pacific Life has decided to suspend their sponsorship with Tucker Carlson‘s Fox News show after he no longer tries to hide the fact that he’s an unabated bigot.

During his show Thursday night, Carlson once again took aim at immigration in the United States saying that “We have a moral obligation to admit the world’s poor, they tell us, even if it makes our own country poorer, and dirtier and more divided.”

In response, the Insurance Company opted to pull their advertising on the show while posting a statement on Twitter saying “We strongly disagree with Mr. Carlson’s statements. Our customer base and our workforce reflect the diversity of our great nation, something we take great pride in.”

What’s funny is Carlson seemed to acknowledge that a take like this could be seen as bigoted from the left but seemed to elude to an outlook like this being necessary in some nonsensical logic to protect America. Nonetheless this is a tactic that some (not all) Trump supporters tend to take when they’re called out for their bigoted bullshit while at the same try bitch and complain about being labeled as such.

If you don’t want to be called a racist or a bigot, then cool the jets on the racist and bigoted rhetoric. It’s really that simple.

Look, if you have a problem with the economic fallout of “illegal immigration” that occurs not just on the southern border then that’s a conversation that can be had. However when you have some asinine take that immigration makes a country “dirtier” well then you’re nothing more than a bigoted ass clown who really shouldn’t be given the time of day.
