Megyn Kelly is now without a show on NBC and her future at the network is in serious question.

Friday, NBC executives announced that “Megyn Kelly Today” would be cancelled after the host made offensive remarks regarding blackface halloween costumes this past week.

“Megyn Kelly Today is not returning,” the network said in a statement. “Next week, the 9 a.m. hour will be hosted by other ‘Today’ co-anchors.”

Her exit from NBC News is not official yet. But it will be soon. It’s a foregone conclusion among all the players involved, multiple sources said Thursday.

Prior to her asinine and ill-informed on blackface, Kelly and her show were already in turmoil due to frequent clashes with management and sputtering ratings at the time slot less than a year after the high-profile marriage between the two media heavyweights.

Kelly has had no comment on the situation since Wednesday but did apologize on air for her blackface remarks.

Since then, the network aired re-runs of past episodes during the time slot so it seems unlikely she’ll return to the screen while her lawyers and NBC negotiate and exit strategy.
