📝 The Killer’s Manifesto

Twenty minutes before the attack, the Killer posted his apparent manifesto to 8chan which further stated his intention to target Mexicans. Within the document, he referred to Hispanics as ‘invaders’ — xenophobic and racist rhetoric often used by Donald Trump — and praised the Christchurch killer who targeted Muslims in Christchurch, New Zealand last year.

Crusius also stated that he had essentially been radicalized in his hateful outlooks before Donald Trump however, it’s clear that the President’s hateful tone towards immigrants and minorities certainly seems to make white supremacists like Crusius feel embolden to carry out these types of attacks against minority and immigrant communites.
