Journalist Ben Norton left The GrayZone according to a tweet Norton posted Tuesday citing he and the outlet “going in different directions.”

After 5 years, I have left The Grayzone. I am proud of the journalism I did there, but we're going in different directions.

It seemed like there was plenty of speculation that this could ultimately happen considering the antivax turn GrayZone editor Max Blumenthal was taking. This turn included Blumenthal taking part in antivax marches in Washington D.C. alongside right wingers and religious nut bags.

Not that we’re any fan of Norton. He’s done his fair share of shitting on anarchists in the past. But you gotta give him credit here for breaking away from Blumenthal whose either lost his fucking mind or discovered the lucrative right-wing grift of COVID denialism.
