Whether it was a guy who was going to stay on his boat during Hurricane Irma or the guy who seemed more concerned about his beer then his own life, natural disasters seem to bring out the dumbest among us.
Take for instance this Floridian, who apparently will tie himself to a pole during the duration of the Hurricane.
