The incident is unfolding at Porter Street and Tomahawk Drive, near the Logan taxi pool. State Police are on the scene, the agency said in a tweet.

A law enforcement official briefed on the incident said investigators are looking at possible operator error in the incident. The driver remained on the scene after the crash and is being interviewed by police.

Based on what has happened in the world concerning terrorists using vehicles as weapons to mow down civilians I’m sure investigators will be looking into possible terrorism as well.

We’ll have more as it becomes available.

UPDATE: According to two law enforcement officials, the taxi cab driver confused the gas peddle for the break before running into pedestrians. Ten individuals have now been confirmed injured.
