The Walking Dead

Season seven of The Walking Dead premiered tonight and left everyone probably feeling every type of emotion across the spectrum.

Yes, Glenn is dead. The show followed suit with the comic in some sense as Negan cracked “Lucille” over the cranium of the former pizza delivery boy as Maggie and the rest of the group looked on in horror.

Glenn’s death however was the surprise, because Negan wasn’t originally the one he chose.

That’s right, Glenn was the second death of the night after the leader of the “Saviors” introduced “Lucille” to the side of Abraham‘s skull.

So what’s next? What does the rest of the season have in store after Negan made Rick his bitch after playing Cain and Abel with Carl‘s arm?

Well as we’ve seen thus far in the premier, not to mention the rest of the season six the television series seems to be adapting itself more to the comic.

Right around the corner is the introduction of Ezekiel and the Kingdom by whom we already got a sneak peek of after Morgan was able to rescue Carol from another Savior killing.

Then there’s that whole pregnancy thing with Maggie.

You have to assume she ends up making it to the Hilltop with Sasha. With that you have to wonder if she’ll take her place as the new leader there like in the comic.

What’s amazing is this was only the premier. You can only imagine what will happen as the season continues.
