Muslim Ban

Donald Trump and his xenophobic immigration policy scored a legal victory Monday when the Supreme Court lifted parts of his controversial Muslim ban while penciling in a time to review the entire case this fall.

According to the court, individuals lacking a “bona fide” relationship with someone in the United States will more than likely be banned from entering the United States from those six Muslim majority countries. This would take into effect for a 90-day period with no just cause other than some bogus overly broad connection to an Obama administration policy.

Meanwhile it seems plausible attorneys will begin to file litigation against the ambiguity of the “bona fide” statement in the SCOTUS ruling. Not to mention it’s pretty certain mass airport protests across the country will begin to erupt after pieces of the ban begin to take effect.
