Lady Gaga recently found herself banned in China after a meeting with the Dalai Lama were the two discussed Yoga, meditation, mental health and the importance of treating people with kindness and respect which I’m sure would stick in the craw of any light dictatorship with a shitty human rights record.

China’s problem with the Dalai Lama is also no secret. The spiritual leader found himself banned from the communist state back in 1959 because of the governments wide-spread belief the he was trying to separate the Himalayan region from China and start a theocratic Tibetan country.

In the wake of the Lady Gaga ban, the Chinese government has ordered websites and media organizations to cease uploading or download any Gaga material.

I somehow doubt Lady Gaga is too broken up about this.
