Donald Trump supporters will often times go to great lengths to justify and/or reinforce No. 45 when it comes to lets say, his campaign’s Russian connections, an immigration policy that can be stemmed from xenophobia or his failed attempts at health care reform.
Which brings me to what Trump supporter Jeffrey Lord said on CNN this morning.
During an interview on New Day, the former Reagan White House staffer actually tried to draw parallels between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s superlative work in the civil rights movement and Trump’s attempts at a rushed and half ass health care bill.
